基于ABAQUS有限元分析的聚合物井盖结构优化

摘要 选用PC-ABS聚合物合金作为井盖材质,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对聚合物材料检查井盖进行结构优化设计,通过模拟鱼肚型和加肋型两种不同结构的检查井盖,得出不同厚度的鱼肚结构以及井盖肋条的宽度、厚度等井盖重要参数对井盖力学性能的影响,通过数值优化为井盖力学性能与井盖用料的平衡提供参考.结果显示聚合物井盖能满足技术规范要求,鱼肚结构厚度的增加能够提高井盖力学性能,肋条厚度和宽度增加都能提高井盖的力学性能,肋条的厚度对力学性能的影响更为明显. In this paper,PC-ABS polymer alloy is selected as the material of the manhole cover.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to optimize the structure of the polymer material inspection manhole cover.By simulating the manhole-type and ribbed two different structures of the inspection manhole cover,the manhole structure with different thickness and the width and thickness of the manhole cover ribs are obtained.The influence of important parameters on the mechanical properties of the manhole cover provides a basis for the balance between the mechanical properties of the manhole cover and the material used for the manhole cover through numerical optimization.The results show that the increase of the thickness of the fish belly structure can improve the mechanical properties of the manhole cover.The increase of the thickness and width of the rib can improve the mechanical properties of the manhole cover,and the influence of the thickness of the rib on the mechanical properties is more obvious.
