压力性损伤预防态度量表汉化及信效度检验

Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Attitude towards Pressure ulcer Prevention

目的汉化英文版压力性损伤预防态度量表(APuP),并检验其信效度。方法对英文版APuP进行翻译、回译及跨文化调试,形成中文版APuP。采用便利抽样,抽取衡阳市三级甲等医院320名护士为研究对象,采用中文版压力性损伤预防态度问卷进行调查,对收集的数据进行信效度分析。结果中文版APuP的内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.814,重测信度为0.842。条目鉴别度分析显示各条目临界比值均有统计学差异(P<0.01),各条目分数与总分相关系数在0.403~0.671;探索性因子结果显示,KMO值为0.818,共提取4个公因子,方差贡献率分别为20.716%、19.518%、11.903%、11.760%,累计方差贡献率为63.897%,13个条目因子载荷均大于0.4。结论通过翻译、回译、文化调试中文版APuP具有良好的信效度,可以有效评估护士关于压力性损伤预防态度。

Objective To translate the English version of Attitude towards Pressure ulcer Prevention(APuP),and verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of APuP.Methods APuP was translated and back-translated,and adjusted into the Chinese version for cultural adaptation.Using the convenient sampling method,320 nurses from a tertiary hospitals in Hengyang were selected as participants.The Chinese version of APuP was used for investigation,and the collected data was analyzed for reliability and validity.Results The internal consistency of the Chinese version of APuP was 0.814 for the Cronbach′sα,and the re-test reliability was 0.842.The results of item analysis showed that the critical ratios of each item were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient between each item score and total score was 0.403—0.671.The exploratory factor analysis showed that the KMO value was 0.818,and Chinese version of APuP was consisted of 4.Variance contribution rate were 20.716%,19.518%,11.903%,11.760%,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 63.897%,13 items factor load was greater than 0.4.Conclusion Through translation,back translation,cultural adaptation Chinese version APuP has good reliability and validity,and can effectively assess nurses′attitudes toward pressure injury prevention.
