两种促排卵药物临床应用比较研究

Comparative study on clinical application of two ovulation stimulating drugs

目的比较果纳芬和丽申宝在临床中应用情况,为两种促排卵药物的合理应用提供参考。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2017年9月在沈阳某三级医院进行IVF/ICSI-ET治疗的不孕不育患者共699个周期,其中果纳芬组124个周期,丽申宝组575个周期,对两组患者一般情况、用药情况和临床结局进行比较。结果两组患者取卵日内膜厚度比较差异具有统计学意义,果纳芬组患者取卵日内膜厚度更大;两组患者平均年龄、不孕年限、用药天数、临床用药总量、总费用、获卵数、卵裂数、妊娠率和多胎率比较差异无统计学意义。结论两种药物的临床治疗效果和用药总费用比较差异无统计学意义,患者可根据自身情况选择药物。

Objective To compare the clinical application of Ginafen and Lishenbao,and provide reference for the rational application of this two ovulation stimulating drugs.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on a total of 699 cycles infertility patients(124 cycles in Gonal-F group and 575 cycles in Urofollitropin groups)who received IVF/ICSI-ET treatment in a hospital in Shenyang from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected to compare the general conditions,drug use and clinical outcomes between the two groups of patients.Results There was significant difference in endometrialthickness on oocyte picking-up day between the two groups of patients,but there was no significant difference in average age,years of infertility,dosage of drug use,days of drug use,total cost,number of retrieved oocytes,cleavage number,pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate.Conclusion There was no significant difference between the two drugs in clinical treatment effect and cost of drug use,so patients can choose the drug according to their own situation.
