吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入剂治疗喘憋性肺炎的效果观察

Observation on the effect of inhaled budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic pneumonia

目的探究吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入剂治疗喘憋性肺炎的效果。方法选取本院2018年6月至2018年12月收治的78例喘憋性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组患儿给予抗炎、吸氧、祛痰、镇静综合治疗,观察组患儿采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入剂治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率为94.87%显著优于对照组患儿的84.61%。结论吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化吸入剂治疗喘憋性肺炎临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of pulmik combined with terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic pneumonia.Methods From June 2018 to December 2018 were treated 78 cases of asthma spoiling children with pneumonia in our hospital as research samples,they were divided into two groups by random group method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group given anti-inflammatory,oxygen,eliminating phlegm,calming comprehensive treatment,observation group was treated with the general Mick with terbutaline sulfate atomization inhalation therapy.Results The effective rate of children in the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(84.61%).Conclusion Pulmik combined with terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhaler has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of asthmatic pneumonia.
