莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的效果和安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的效果和安全性。方法选取本院2017年3月至2018年8月98例功能性消化不良患者,按就诊先后分成观察组与对照组,各49例,对照组采用多潘立酮片进行治疗,观察组采用莫沙必利进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果、近端胃容积、胃排空率。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者近端胃容积、胃排空率与治疗前比较均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后近端胃容积、胃排空率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率2.04%低于对照组的12.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,可明显改善胃排空,增加近端胃容积,安全性高,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 98 patients with functional dyspepsia from March 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group according to the treatment.The control group was treated with domperidone tablets.The observation group was treated with mosapride,and the therapeutic effects,proximal gastric volume,and gastric emptying rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the proximal gastric volume and gastric emptying rate of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The proximal gastric volume and gastric emptying rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group,but the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.04%lower than that in the control group(12.24%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mosapride has significant effects in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which can significantly improve gastric emptying,increase proximal gastric volume,have high safety and high clinical value.
