连续性血液净化治疗危重肾病患者的效果观察及并发症发生率影响评价

Effect of continuous blood purification on patients with critically ill kidney disease and evaluation of the impact of complication rate

目的分析连续性血液净化治疗危重肾病患者的效果及并发症发生率。方法选取本院2015年1月至2017年11月收治的68例危重肾病患者为研究对象,应用数字随机法分为观察组和常规组,各34例。观察组给予连续性血液净化治疗,常规组给予常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后尿素氮为(10.4±3.1)mmol/L,血肌酐为(140.7±25.4)μmol/L,血碳酸氢根为(26.5±2.3)mmol/L,与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为8.82%(3例),低于常规组的32.35%(11例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化治疗危重肾病患者疗效显著,可有效降低尿素氮与血肌酐水平,促进血碳酸氢根回升,帮助恢复患者肾功能,且并发症少,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with critically ill kidney disease and the impact of complication rate.Methods Sixty-eight patients with critically ill kidney disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomized to receive a continuous blood purification treatment.The other group received conventional treatment,which was the conventional group,and the treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the urea nitrogen was(10.4±3.1)mmol/L,the serum creatinine was(140.7±25.4)μmol/L,and the blood bicarbonate was(26.5±2.3)mmol/L.There was statistical significance in the group comparison(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 8.82%(3 cases),which was lower than that of the conventional group(32.35%,11 cases).The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification is effective in treating patients with critically ill kidney disease,which can effectively reduce the levels of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,promote the recovery of blood bicarbonate,help restore renal function of patients,and have fewer complications and high safety.It is worth promoting.
