摘要
完整切除肿瘤组织是心脏肿瘤最根本的治疗措施。但是解剖的不可触及性和重要结构的邻近性对涉及左心系统的肿瘤切除手术造成了巨大的挑战。常规原位心脏切除肿瘤暴露困难,难以完整切除。为解决这一解剖问题,发展了心脏移植、体外切除、心脏重建和心脏再植等技术。本研究讨论不同方法的应用现状及进展,并描述其技术要点。
Surgery is the fundamental method for the treatment of primary cardiac tumours.However,due to the inaccessibility of anatomy and the proximity of important structures,it is very difficult to completely resect tumours of the left atrium or left ventricle without damaging the mormal tissues.Cardiac autotransplantation for the rescection of cardiac tumours is carried out by taking out the heartfrom the body,resecting cardiac tumours,and then transplanting the heart back into the body.This article will discuss the present situation and progress ofcardiac autotransplantation,and describe technical points of the operation.
