摘要
文章简述了350 MW超临界机组高压反动式筒形缸的结构设计特点,并通过大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析了其在高温高压蒸汽作用下的温度场、应力场、汽密性及变形。同时评估了其在长时蠕变效应下的变形和密封性,为汽缸的设计提供了指导依据,同时也确保了结构的可靠性。
The structural design features of high pressure reaction cylinder of 350 MW supercritical unit are briefly described.The temperature field,stress field,tightness and deformation under high temperature and high pressure steam are analyzed by the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS.At the same time,the deformation and sealing in the long-term creep effect are evaluated,which provides guiding basis for the design of the cylinder and ensures the reliability of the structure.
