轴向排汽式凝汽器性能的数值模拟与分析

摘要 采用数值模拟方法,分析了轴向排汽凝汽器的性能,为凝汽器设计人员掌握轴向排汽凝汽器壳侧的蒸汽流动特点积累数据和设计经验。以某联合循环机组的轴向排汽凝汽器为研究对象,对其壳侧的蒸汽流动进行了数值模拟,获得了与蒸汽流动、传热相关参数的分布,通过模拟数据的提取获得了该凝汽器在不同抽气压力下的未凝结气体量和凝汽器压力,确定了该凝汽器设计工况下的凝汽器压力,为该凝汽器管束布置的评价提供了参考。 The performance of axial exhaust condenser was obtained by numerical simulation.The work is helpful for condenser designers to master the characteristics of steam flow inside the shell of axial exhaust condenser and accumulate data and design experience.Taking the axial exhaust condenser of one combined cycle unit as the research object,the steam flow inside the shell was simulated numerically.The distribution of parameters related to steam flow and heat transfer was obtained.The volume of uncondensable gas and the condenser pressure under different pumping pressure were obtained by the extraction of the numerical results.The condenser pressure under the design condition was determined.It provided a reference for the evaluation of the bundle layout of the axial exhaust condenser.
