摘要
文章提出了定量表征陶瓷型壳面层与过渡层结合强度的方法。分析了熔模精密铸造过程中引起陶瓷型壳面层脱落的两种原因:面层与过渡层结合强度低和施加于面层与过渡层的作用力超过结合强度。总结了解决陶瓷型壳面层脱落方法,增加面层与过渡层结合强度和减小施加于面层与过渡层的作用力。
The test method of bonding strength between the first coat and the intermediate coat was proposed in this paper.The two factors leading to the first coat spalling of ceramic shell mold in investment casting were analyzed:the bonding strength between the first coat and the intermediate coat is low;the stress applied between the first coat and the intermediate coat is higher than the bonding strength.Two methods of preventing the first coat from spalling were summarized:increase the bonding strength between the first coat and the intermediate coat;decrease the stress applied between the first coat and the intermediate coat.
