摘要 Stellite 6因其具有耐磨损、耐腐蚀、耐高温氧化的性能,常堆焊在汽轮机阀座的易磨损部位以提高阀座的耐磨性。但Stellke 6在物理性能、机械性能方面与阀座用材合金结构钢有较大的差异,堆焊过程中不严格控制工艺的话,容易出现裂纹、气孔等缺陷。文章对堆焊Stellite 6的汽轮机阀座开裂原因进行了分析,提出了堆焊Stellite 6工艺的改进措施。 Since Stellite 6 alloy which has good performance on wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and oxidation resistance,is often surfaced on the surface of gas turbine valve seat to improve wear resistance at high temperature.However,there are a lot of differences in physical properties and mechanical properties between Stellite 6 and alloy structural steels.If surfacing process is not controlled seriously,it is easy to produce defects,such as crack and porosity etc.The reasons of cracking in gas turbine valve seat surfacing are analyzed,and the improved measures for surfacing Stellite 6 are put forward.
