摘要
传统降压型大容量电力变压器普遍使用一次侧分段串联、二次侧并联(PSSP)的绕组形式,以增加二次绕组的导体截面积,但是PSSP变压器应用于中频场合会产生绕组环流问题。为分析PSSP变压器绕组环流,该文建立PSSP变压器的耦合模型,提出用转折频率描述环流比例系数幅值的关键特征,并推导转折频率计算公式,进而研究二次绕组直流电阻不对称、耦合电感不对称对绕组等效电阻的影响,并建立实验平台。结果表明,考虑环流理论模型计算得到的等效电阻值与实测值误差在3%以内,转折频率的计算公式同样得到了验证,可用于中频变压器并联绕组的设计校核。
The primary-series secondary-parallel(PSSP)structure is widely applied in power transformer to optimize the current density of secondary winding.When the operating frequency of PSSP transformer is set above to be medium frequency,the circulating current often occurs in the parallel secondary windings.A coupling analytical model is developed to analyze the circulating current.The corner frequency is used to characterize the extreme point of the circulating current proportional coefficient.Then,the investigation on the effects of asymmetric coupling and resistance on equivalent winding resistance is presented.The accuracy of developed analytical model and corner-frequency formulas for the corner frequency is validated by measured results.
