药物治疗是针对轻中度良性前列腺增生(BPH)的主要治疗手段。本文系统回顾BPH药物治疗的发展历程,对近年来BPH药物治疗的最新理念与进展进行了梳理总结,并对BPH药物治疗未来的发展方向及前景进行展望。

Pharmaceutical therapy is the main treatment for mild and moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).In this paper we reviewed the past development,summarized the updated concepts and advances,and predicted the prospect of pharmaceutical therapy for BPH.
