基于灰色聚类的装配式建筑供应链绩效评价

Performance evaluation of prefabricated building supply chain based on grey clustering

以装配式建筑供应链为研究对象,从供应链运作、建设目标和建设结果影响3个角度出发构建装配式建筑供应链绩效评价指标体系.考虑装配式建筑供应链的灰色性,采用灰色聚类法构建其绩效评价模型,依据评价模型所得聚类系数进行绩效聚类分析.结合实际案例,研究结果表明该方法在装配式建筑项目供应链的绩效评价中具有合理性、科学性和可行性.

Taking the prefabricated building supply chain as the research object,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of the prefabricated building supply chain from three perspectives:supply chain operation,construction objectives and the impact of construction results.Considering the grey nature of the prefabricated building supply chain,the performance evaluation model is constructed by grey clustering method,and the performance clustering analysis is carried out according to the clustering coefficient obtained from the evaluation model.Combined with practical cases,the results show that the method is reasonable,scientific and feasible in the performance evaluation of prefabricated building supply chain.
