“扶阳”思想在中医心脏康复中的临床应用

中医学理论最核心的内容是阴阳学说,阴为体,阳为用。阳气生,阴亦随之长;阳气衰退,阴亦随之枯萎。阳气不仅对人体的正常生长发育有重要作用,也参与众多疾病的发生发展,因此在疾病的预防和治疗过程中应重视阳气。心血管疾病属中医学"胸痹""心痛""心悸""水肿"等范畴,基本病机为"阳微阴弦"。故对于心血管疾病的治疗应以扶阳为本。中医心脏康复尤为重视扶阳,是在中医理论的指导下,通过导引、针刺、灸法、推拿等扶阳措施综合治疗心血管疾病,以达到阴阳平衡的目的,促进心脏疾病的康复。
