湿法熄焦车走行碟簧组机械性能校核

摘要 焦炉生产过程中,熄焦车需高频次反复走行以运载、熄灭焦炭,熄焦车走行轮的缓冲碟簧会有损耗。通过对熄焦车缓冲碟簧的综合结构、刚性、摩擦损耗、变形能及许用应力等机械性能进行分析校核,为熄焦车走行轮缓冲碟簧选型提供参考。 During coke oven production,wet quenching car travels frequently to carry and extinguish hotcoke,it would unavoidably damage the belleville spring assembly of travel wheel bogie in the wet quenching car. Therefore,analysis and adjustment is done for mechanical properties of the belleville spring assembly in aspects of overall structure,rigidity,friction loss,deformation energy and allowable stress,etc.,which can be used as reference for selection of the belleville spring assembly.
