以企业发展转型为研究对象,通过对企业发展转型中多种模式的研究分析,发现非研发创新能力对企业发展转型具有突出作用。以产品代工作为企业转型的研究点,以阜宁协鑫集成科技有限公司为例,将能力提升过程和转型升级阶段分为4个阶段,逐步分析对比发现,该公司通过代工业务使企业在企业管理、成本管理、流程管理和服务管理方面得到长足进展,验证了代工业务具有促进企业转型突破的重要作用。

Non-research systematics innovation can play an important role in the development and transformation for an enterprise by a comparison and analysis of various modes.Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM)in Funing GCL integrated technology Co.LTD,is used as an example,to investigate the development and transformation process of an existing factory.The path from development to transformation can be divided into four stages by exploring OEM.It is found that the enterprise gets great progress in arrangement,cost reduction,process and service management.
