摘要
工业企业异味源气体是对通过空气介质作用于人的嗅觉器官感知而引起不愉快并有害的一类公害气态污染物质的总称。异味源气体控制是大气质量管控的重要指标之一,需要根据不同异味源气体的性质采用相应的处理和控制技术进行处理。本研究采用活性炭吸附方法富集吸收天津某废纸制浆造纸企业的异味源气体,采用顶空气相技术对不同区域有机气体进行成分分析,以期为异味源气体控制提供技术参考。研究表明:废纸碎浆制浆段(斜筛部)吸附气体组分有14种,其中氯代异戊烷、1-乙基环丁烷、苯3种物质占到了40.03%;网部吸附气体组分有9种,其中丙硫醇、乙酸乙酯、1-乙基环丁烷、环己烷4种物质占到了74.29%;干燥部吸附气体组分有8种,其中乙酸占到了75.43%;污水处理部吸附气体组分有15种,其中3-甲基呋喃、乙酸、苯3种物质占到了39.27%。因此,造纸车间的主要异味气体为乙酸、苯、以及一些烷烃类化合物。
Odor source gas in industrial enterprises refers to a class of gaseous pollutions,through air media,which acts on the perception of human olfactory organs and causes unpleasant and harmful gas pollution,which is one of the important indexes of atmospheric quality control.Different odor source gases according to their different properties need to use the corresponding treatment and control technology for processing.In this study,activated carbon adsorption method was adopted to enrich and absorb odor source gas of waste paper pulping and papermaking enterprises.Headspace phase technology was adopted to analyze the composition of organic gas in different regions in order to provide technical reference and support for odor source gas control.The results showed that there were 14 adsorbed gas components in waste paper pulping section(inclined screen section),a-mong which isopentane chloride,1-ethylcyclobutane and benzene accounted for 40.03%;There were 9 adsorbed gas components in the reticulum,among which propyl mercaptan,ethyl acetate,1-ethyl cyclobutane and cyclo-hexane accounted for 74.29%;There were 8 adsorbed gas components in the drying part,among which acetic acid accounted for 75.43%;There were 15 adsorbed gas components in the sewage treatment department,among which 3-methylfuran,acetic acid and benzene accounted for 39.27%.Therefore,the main odor gases in the pa-permaking workshop are acetic acid,benzene,and some alkanes compounds.
