摘要
对比研究了物理发泡剂与化学发泡剂对防水石膏的力学性能、吸水率、软化系数以及导热性等性能的影响。研究结果表明:同一发泡剂,随着掺量的增加,防水发泡石膏的力学性能、吸水率、软化系数、导热系数总体呈减小趋势;不同发泡剂,在相同掺量时,植物发泡剂的发泡效果优于十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠,动物发泡剂和植物复合发泡剂的发泡效果最差。
This paper studies the effects of physical foaming agent and chemical foaming agent on the mechanical properties,water absorption,softening coefficient and thermal conductivity of waterproof gypsum.The results show that the mechanical properties,water absorption,softening coefficient and thermal conductivity of waterproof foaming gypsum decrease with the increase of the content of the same foaming agent;the foaming effect of plant foaming agent is better than that of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate at the same content of different foaming agents,and the foaming effect of animal foaming agent and plant composite foaming agent is the worst.
