Through the analysis of the output and quality of coal gangue as an internal combustion brick factory in differ⁃ent regions and different coal types,the raw materials are considered to be the main factors affecting the output and qual⁃ity.The commonality and personality issues of the raw materials are found out.The main factor of quality is the amount of clay minerals in coal gangue.Clay minerals are the most basic material basis for the production of sintered bricks.The factors affecting the quality of fired bricks and their preventive measures are clarified by chemical composition.
