摘要
贵州省在“以渣定产”的政策推动下,大力推广磷石膏建材。因磷石膏砌块的特殊性,导致其施工有很多需要注意的问题。结合磷石膏砌块施工的两个主要规范和图集JGJ/T201-2010《石膏砌块砌体技术规程》和04J114-2《石膏砌块内隔墙图集》,以及施工实践情况,简要介绍了磷石膏砌体施工中关于墙基处理、砌体排布、粘结材料、与框架结构的连接方式、构造柱设置、厨卫间的施工、门窗门框的加固等的注意事项。
This paper combines the two main specifications and atlases of the construction of phosphogypsum blocks JGJ/T201-2010“Technical Regulations for Gypsum Block Masonry”and 04J114-2“Atlas of Partition Walls of Gyp⁃sum Blocks”,as well as construction practices,and introduces the precautions about wall foundation treatment,mason⁃ry arrangement,bonding materials,connection with frame structure,construction column setting,construction of kitch⁃en and bathroom,reinforcement of doors,windows and door frames in the construction of phosphogypsum masonry.
