基于互联网的党员培训模式构建研究——以Y高校发展对象集中培训为例

Research on the Construction of Internet-based Training Model for Party Members——Taking the Centralized Training of the Developing Objects of Y University as an Example

跨校区办学导致党员集中学习、培训工作需要在两校区重复进行,需投入巨大的人力、物力、财力和时间,造成各项跨校区工作的组织管理效率低下、成本加大。在信息化和“互联网+”的时代背景下,通过借助学校自身信息技术手段构建一个包括授课直播、网络学习、考核测试等的跨校区网络化党员培训模式,解决跨校区党员学习、培训工作中存在的不同步、重复问题,满足了学校大规模党员培训的需求。

Cross-campus running leads to the repetition of Party members'centralized learning and training in the two campuses,which requires huge investment of manpower,material resources,financial resources and time,resulting in inefficient organization and management of cross-campus work and increased costs.Under the background of information and Internet+,through the help of the school's own information technology,we have constructed a cross campus network party member training mode including direct broadcast,network learning and assessment tests,so as to solve the problems of non synchronization and duplication in the study and training of Party members across the campus,and meet the needs of large party members'training in schools.
