摘要
为更好地在有限的时间内达到训练的成效,文章充分搜集资料,拓展思维,总结指导中职护理技能竞赛所获得的经验教训,形成完善的指导方案,使护理教学贴近岗位、贴近服务对象。
In order to achieve better training effect in a limited time,the author has collected sufficient data in recent years,broadened thinking,summarized experiences and lessons from guiding Nursing Skills Competition in secondary vocational Schools,and formed a perfect guidance plan to make nursing teaching close to post and service object.
