摘要
面临中美贸易战、国内经济下行压力、抢占5G通信发展优势等新形势,如何凝聚员工力量,并通过扩散效应带动更多的发展热情,激励广大员工努力奋斗,成为企业研究“人”的重要课题。以选取通信运营商为研究对象,剖析员工凝聚力的存在问题,探讨了新形势下企业提升员工凝聚力的有效做法。
Facing the new situation of Sino-US trade war,downward pressure of domestic economy and seizing the advantage of 5G communication development,How to agglomerate the strength of employees,and stimulate more enthusiasm for development through the diffusion effect,and encourage employees to strive hard,has become an important topic for enterprises to study"people".Taking telecommunication operators as the research object,this paper analyzes the existing problems of employee cohesion,and explores the effective ways to improve employee cohesion in enterprises under the new situation.
