基于云班课的混合学习模式在房地产估价教学中的应用研究

随着信息技术的发展和教育信息化时代的到来,使得我们面临教育生态重塑与学习方式变革,基于此开展了独立课程的混合式教学改革。文章以房地产估价为例,在教学中尝试基于云班课的混合学习模式教学,构建了基于云班课混合学习的房地产估价教学活动,提高了学生学习的兴趣和教学效率。

With the development of information technology and the advent of the era of education informatization,we are facing a restructuring of education ecology and a change in learning methods.Based on this,we have launched a mixed-teaching reform of independent courses.In the teaching,we try to use the blended learning model based on cloud classes to construct a real estate appraisal teaching activity based on the blended learning of cloud classes.This improves the interest and efficiency of students'learning.
