摘要
混合式教学是线上教学和线下教学的有机结合,英语专业混合式教学中的有效教学行为受教师对英语混合式教学模式的认可度和接受度、教师的混合教学能力和教学动机等主观因素和线上平台、周围环境、学生自身等客观因素的影响,作者以为可以通过完善线上课程资源建设、提升教师混合教学能力和督促学生合理有效运用线上线下教学的途径增加有效教学行为的产出,从而稳步提高英语教学质量。
Blended teaching is an organic combination of online teaching and offline teaching.The effective teaching behavior in blended teaching in English major is influenced by the subjective factors and objective factors.Subjective factors include the teacher's recognition and acceptance of blended teaching mode,the teacher's blended teaching capability and teaching motivation.The objective factors include the online platform,surrounding environment,students and so on.It is concluded that it is necessary to build up and enrich online teaching resources,improve teachers'blended teaching capability and urge students to use online and offline teaching methods reasonably and effectively in order to improve effective teaching.
