军校学员母语应用能力培养策略与体系构建

摘要 母语应用能力是包括军人在内的各种职业的核心能力,也是进行人文素质教育的核心内容。多年来,以大学语文为核心的军校人文素质教育,在陶冶学员性情、培养人文情怀、激发战斗精神等方面确有成效,但在其语言能力培养方面效果不佳。据调查发现,多数学员毕业后母语应用能力较差,甚至直接影响到指挥作战任务的完成。随着强军力度不断加大,汉语应用能力转化成战斗力的迫切需求,军校大学语文教学与人文素质教育需要适应当今强军发展新形势,构建以学员汉语应用能力提升为导向的人文素质培育体系,进行教学理念与教学方法的改革。 The application ability of mother tongue is the core ability of various occupations including soldiers,and also the core content of humanistic quality education.Over the years,the humanistic quality education of military academies,which takes college Chinese as the core,has achieved great results in cultivating students'temperament,cultivating humanistic feelings and inspiring fighting spirit,but it has not achieved good results in language ability training.According to the survey,the majority of students graduated after the mother tongue application ability is poor,even directly affect the command of the completion of combat tasks.With the increasing strength of the army and the urgent need of transforming Chinese application ability into combat effectiveness,Chinese teaching and humanistic quality education in military colleges need to adapt to the new situation of the development of a strong army,build a humanistic quality cultivation system oriented by the improvement of students'Chinese application ability,and carry out the reform of teaching concept and teaching method.
