摘要
为了提高软岩巷道破碎顶板稳定性,降低破碎顶板支护强度,提高支护效果,实现全锚支护,对三盘区2310巷掘进期间顶板破碎原因进行分析,提出了管式锚杆注浆技术。实际应用发现,该支护技术控制了顶板破碎,使顶板下沉量控制在0.14m以下,锚杆失效率控制在3%以下,取得显著成效。
In order to improve the stability of broken roof in soft rock roadway,reduce the strength of broken roof support,improve the effect of support,and realize the full bolt support,this paper analyzes the causes of roof breaking during the excavation of 2310 roadway in the third panel area,and puts forward the pipe bolt grouting technology.The practical application shows that the support technology can control the roof breaking,the roof subsidence is less than 0.14m,and the bolt failure rate is less than 3%,and remarkable results have been achieved.
