天裕煤矿厚煤层充填综采工艺研究

摘要 为有效开采“三下”呆滞厚煤层,保障安全高效生产,结合天裕煤矿的工程地质构造、煤层赋存条件等,提出采用厚煤层充填综采法。通过充采工作面的合理布置,采用伪斜仰采的方式开采,工作面采用“采二充一”的方式连续作业,利用膏体充填材料进行架后充填,充填体平均强度达7.1MPa,地表下沉量仅为5mm,经济效益显著。 In order to effectively mine"three under"stagnant thick coal seam and ensure safe and efficient production,combined with the engineering geological structure and coal seam occurrence conditions of Tianyu Coal Mine,the thick coal seam filling fully mechanized mining method is proposed.Through the reasonable arrangement of the filling and mining working face,the pseudo inclined and upward mining method is adopted.The working face adopts the"mining two filling one"method for continuous operation,and the paste filling material is used for post frame filling.The average strength of the filling body reaches 7.1MPa,the surface subsidence is only 5mm,and the economic benefit is significant.
