摘要
为了解决西坡煤业通风系统在倒机过程中出现的通风失稳现象,本文针对西坡煤业井下实际巷道情况,对其出现通风失稳的原因进行了分析,在此基础上提出了井下通风系统的优化控制方案。实际应用表明,优化后的通风系统有效地消除了风机倒车过程中的失稳现象,提升了煤矿井下综采作业安全性。
In order to solve the problem of ventilation instability in the process of ventilation system switching in Xipo Coal Industry,this paper analyzes the causes of ventilation instability according to the actual situation of underground roadway.Based on this,the optimal control scheme for the underground ventilation system is proposed.According to the practical application in Xipo Coal Industry,the optimized ventilation system effectively avoids the instability in the process of fan reversing,and improves the safety of fully mechanized coal mining.
