Development and Application of a New Type of Retractable U-shaped Chain Pull Rod Device for Shed

巷道掘进开拓在通过“三软”煤层或穿过煤层时,采用可缩式U型钢架棚支护炮掘方式掘进开拓,迎头爆破存在有崩倒棚或(漏)冒顶现象的发生。因此,掘进工作面迎头采用可靠的连锁拉杆,从而提高抗压强度,丰富了可缩式U型钢架棚支护技术。

When the roadway is driving through the“three soft”coal seam or passing through the coal seam,the retractable U-shaped steel shed support and blasting driving are adopted for developing,but there might be a shed collapse or roof falling in the head-on blasting.Therefore,a reliable chain tie rod is applied in the heading face,which improves the compressive strength and enriches the supporting technology of the retractable U-shaped steel shed.
