煤矿巷道矸石充填可移动带式输送机的研制与应用

Development and Application of Movable Belt Conveyor for Gangue Filling in Coal Mine Roadway

结合赵庄二号井矸石来源,利用井下巷道进行矸石充填,设计研制了可移动带式输送机,可实现井下“边掘边充”,降低了矸石运输量,减少了矸石对地面环境的破坏,提高了矿井经济效益。

Combined with the source of the gangue in Zhaozhuang No.2 Coal Mine,the gangue filling is carried out by means of the underground roadway,and the movable belt conveyor is designed and developed,which can realize the underground“digging while filling”,decrease the transportation volume of the gangue,reduce the extent of the damage to the ground environment,and improve the economic benefits of the mine.
