浅槽排矸及粗煤泥分选系统改造研究

对屯兰选煤厂浅槽排矸及粗煤泥分选系统改造的必要性进行了阐述,对浅槽排矸及粗煤泥分选系统改造的建设内容、主要应用设备进行了分析。改造后实践应用效果理想,大矸带煤比例、入洗原煤灰分、中煤损失、粗精煤泥产率、重介系统原煤入洗能力等工艺指标先进,生产能力得到提高,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。

This paper expounds the necessity of the transformation of the shallow channel gangue discharge and the coarse slime separation system in Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant,and analyzes the reformed content and main applied equipment of the system.After transformation,the practical application effect is ideal.The technological indexes such as the proportion of the large gangue with coal,the washed raw coal ash,the loss of medium coal,the yield of coarse and fine coal slime,and the raw coal washing capacity of dense medium system are good,and the productivity is increased,which brings better economic benefits for the enterprise.
