摘要
化工自动化技术一直在高速发展,但化工生产有系统性、危险性、繁杂性及规范性等特征,人为因素也会造成化工行业发生各类安全和质量问题;若想从根本上加强化工行业的效率,便需将自动化控制技术应用于生产流程中,进而提高操作的安全性和效率。基于此,本文首先简述了化工自动化控制技术,接着对其应用技术进行了详细分析,最后阐述自动化技术在化工生产这的应用发展。
Chemical automation technology has been developing at a high speed,but chemical production has the characteristics of systematization,danger,complexity and standardization.Human factors will also cause various safety and quality problems in the chemical industry.If you want to fundamentally strengthen the efficiency of the chemical industry,you need to apply automatic control technology to the production process,and then improve the safety and efficiency of operation.Based on this,this paper first describes the chemical automation control technology,then analyzes its application technology in detail,and finally describes the application and development of automation technology in chemical production.
