摘要 循环流化床锅炉技术是当前我国应用较为广泛餉工业化程度最高的洁净煤燃烧技术,因其燃烧效率高、燃料适应性广、负荷调节范围大等优点,在未来的工业利用上有着广阔的发展空间.但是在循环流化床锅炉的运用过程中,结焦现象时有发生,对于其原因分析和此种问题的预防措施研究至关重要.基于此,本文首先介绍了循环流化床锅炉技术的发展现状,随后分析了循环流化床锅炉在使用过程中的结焦原因,最后探讨了未来循环流化床锅炉结焦状况的预防措施.以此来供相关人士交流参考. Circulating fluidized bed boiler technology is the most widely used clean coal combustion technology with the highest degree of industrialization in China. Because of its advantages of high combustion efficiency, wide Juel adaptability and large load regulation range, it has a broad development space in the future industrial utilization. However;in the operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler coking often occurs, which is very importantfor the cause analysis and preventive measures. Based on this, this paperfirst introduces the development status of circulatingfluidized bed boiler technology, then analyzes the causes of coking in the use of circulatingfluidized bed boiler, and flnally discusses the preventive measures for coking in the future, hoping to provide a reference for the exchange of relevant people.
