摘要
采用ASPENPLUS软件对煤制甲醇合成工段进行模拟计算,深入研究温度、压力、进料流量等对甲醇合成反应的影响,以期分析甲醇合成塔的控制变量,提高其性能,达到工艺优化。
In this paper, ASPENPLUS software is used to simulate and calculate the coal to methanol synthesis section. The influences of temperature, pressure and feed flow rate on the methanol synthesis reaction are deeply studied, so as to analyze the control variables of methanol synthesis tower, improve its performance and achieve process optimization.
