摘要
利用模拟生物发酵罐控制系统的基础数据,开发半虚拟仿真教学仪器,将溶氧控制、酸碱控制以及消泡剂添加控制的原理操作显现在一个教学仪器上。该教学仪器通过在高职专业课程中的应用,提高了学生对生物药发酵过程参数控制的理解,训练了调控参数的技能,取得良好的教学效果。
Using the simulated basic data of biological fermenter control system,the semi-virtual simulation teaching instrument was developed,and the principle and operation of dissolved oxygen control,acid-base control and defoamer addition control was presented on a teaching instrument.Through the application of teaching instrument in the vocational courses,the students’understanding of the parameter control of the biopharmaceutical fermentation process and the skills of regulating parameters were improved.The application of teaching instruments has achieved good results.
