摘要
随着我国主力油田逐渐进入高含水时期,地面处理系统所需要的能耗会越来越大,进而会影响正常生产活动。原油集输处理流程主要包括集油、脱水、稳定与储运四个阶段,其中集油能耗最大,约占总能耗的70%左右,因此加强研究原油集输处理工艺控制技术具有重要的现实意义。本文将系统分析原油乳状液的类型、稳定性与破乳机理,并提出具体的原有脱水技术以供参考。
With the main oil fields in our country gradually entering the period of high water cut,the energy consumption of surface treatment system will be more and more large,which will affect the normal production activities.The crude oil gathering and transportation process mainly includes four stages:oil gathering,dehydration,stability and storage and transportation.Among them,the energy consumption in the oil gathering stage is the largest,accounting for about 70%of the total energy consumption,so it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the control technology of crude oil gathering and transportation process.This paper systematically analyzes the type,stability and demulsification mechanism of crude oil emulsion,and puts forward specific original dehydration technology for reference.
