化妆品中游离甲醛检测分析研究进展

Research Progress in Detection and Analysis of Free Formaldehyde in Cosmetics

本文通过阅读文献、查阅资料对化妆品中游离甲醛进行了分析,并对其安全性进行了评价。然后通过建立柱前衍生-高效液相色谱测定法,并对市售化妆品进行了检测。实验结果表明:本文建立的测试方法的回收率及精密度较好,对市售化妆品测试更接近真实的游离甲醛。

Through reading literature and consulting data, this paper analyzed the free formaldehyde in cosmetics and evaluated its security. Then, a determination method named pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography was established, and made a test on commercial cosmetics. The experimental results show that the recovery rate and precision of the test method established in this paper are better, and the test for commercial cosmetics is closer to the real free formaldehyde.
