无缝隙对接护理提升急性消化内镜护理效率观察

Observation of seamless docking nursing to improve nursing efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy

目的观察无缝隙对接护理提升急性消化内镜护理效率。方法选择泰安市中心医院于2017年1月到2018年12月进行消化内镜治疗的100例患者。将其按随机数表法方法随机分组,对照组50例运用常规护理,观察组50例运用无缝隙对接护理,两组通过焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分,手术时间、住院时间,护理满意度以及并发症发生率进行对比。结果两组通过焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分,手术时间、住院时间,护理满意度以及并发症发生率对比,观察组护理后焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分明显低于对照组(<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(<0.05);观察组护理满意度与并发症发生率均好于对照组(<0.05)。结论对进行消化内镜治疗的患者运用无缝隙对接护理,有效改善其抑郁、焦躁的情况,增强护理治疗效果,有助于改善其生活质量。

Objective To observe the seamless docking nursing to improve the nursing efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy.Methods from January 2017 to December 2018,100 patients with digestive endoscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods:the control group(50 cases)used routine nursing,,and the observation group(50 cases)used seamless docking nursing,.The two groups were compared by self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale scores,duration of surgery,length of stay,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications.Results The scores of anxiety SAS and depression SDS,operation time,length of stay,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.The scores of anxiety SAS and depression SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing(<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group(<0.05).Conclusion Seamless docking nursing can effectively improve the patients'depression and anxiety,enhance the effect of nursing treatment,and improve their quality of life.
