集束化护理策略对维持性血透患者高磷血症的影响与分析

Effect and analysis of cluster nursing strategy on hyperphosphatemia in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探析集束化护理策略对维持性血透患者高磷血症的影响。方法纳入本院内分泌科收治的90例维持性血液透析患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为研究组45例与参照组45例。将常规护理干预应用于参照组患者中,在常规护理基础上,给予研究组患者集束化护理策略,比较两组患者健康知识掌握度与护理满意度。结果研究组疾病知识、饮食知识、用药知识掌握度均显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意度95.6%,参照组总满意度71.1%,组间相比,研究组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血透患者治疗过程中,实施集束化护理策略,可有效提升患者相关知识掌握度,并对护理满意度具有促进作用,护患关系和谐度有所提升,具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing strategy on hyperphosphatemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who were admitted to the endocrinology department of our hospital were divided into 45 cases in the study group and 45 cases in the reference group according to the random number table method.The routine nursing intervention was applied to the patients in the reference group.Based on the routine nursing,the patients in the study group were given a focused nursing strategy,and the health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The mastery of disease knowledge,diet knowledge,and medication knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the study group was 95.6%,and the total satisfaction of the reference group was 71.1%.The Research group had more advantages,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients,the implementation of cluster nursing strategy can effectively improve the patient's related knowledge mastery and promote the satisfaction of nursing.
