摘要
德士古水煤浆加压气化技术是应用最广泛的煤气化技术之一,是美国德士古公司在重油气化基础上开发的第二代煤气化技术,其为以水煤浆为进料的加压气流床并流气化工艺,采用气流床湿法进料加压气化技术。气化包括煤浆制备、灰水处理等工序。德士古水煤浆加压气化技术分为激冷流程、全废锅流程,废锅流程应用较少,存在很多不确定因素。主要对德士古水煤浆加压技术渣堵问题进行分析,提出完善技术改进措施。
Texaco coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology is one of the most widely used coal gasification technologies.It is the second generation of coal gasification technology developed by Texaco on the basis of heavy oil gasification.It is a pressurized entrained flow gasification process with coal water slurry as the feed and adopts the entrained flow wet feed pressurized gasification technology.Gasification includes coal slurry preparation,ash water treatment and other processes.Texaco coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology is divided into chilling process and whole waste boiler process.The waste boiler process is seldom used,and there are many uncertain factors.This paper analyzes the slag plugging problem of Texaco coal water slurry pressurization technology,and puts forward the improvement measures.
