中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司原油脱盐装置设计能力为 500×10~4t/a,采用高速电脱盐和交直流电脱盐技术,主要加工胜利原油、临盘原油和进口原油,2018年开始使用江苏太湖新材料控股TH-BE01油溶性原油破乳剂,装置运行平稳,脱水、脱盐效果较为理想,总脱盐率基本稳定在92%以上,TH-BE01添加量为13mg/L,TH-BE01油溶性原油破乳剂具有加量小、提高装备脱盐率等特性。

The crude oil desalting unit of Jinan Branch of Sinopec has a design capacity of 500*10~4t/A.It mainly processes Shengli crude oil,Linpan crude oil and imported crude oil by adopting high-speed electric desalting and AC/DC electric desalting technology.In 2018,it began to use th-be01 oil soluble crude oil demulsifier held by Jiangsu Taihu New Material Co.,Ltd.,which has a stable operation and ideal dehydration and desalting effect The addition of th-be01 is 13mg/L.the demulsifier of th-be01 oil soluble crude oil has the characteristics of small addition and improving the desalination rate of equipment.
