摘要 近年来,我国化工产业的发展速度越来越快,伴随着化工产业现代化的发展趋势,在化工产业当中的各类机电设备数量开始逐渐增多,机电设备的规格型号也变得愈发的丰富起来,相关的各类工艺技术水准也有了显著性的提升,因此必须要对企业的实际发展状况进行详尽的分析,精确地评估出企业所存在的风险性因素,不断地优化并整合带有风险因素的工艺流程,就其存在的安全性问题进行处理,调整并改善其状态,维持我国化工产业的良好发展秩序。 In recent years,the development speed of China’s chemical industry is faster and faster.With the development trend of chemical industry modernization,the number of all kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment in the chemical industry is gradually increasing,the specifications and models of mechanical and electrical equipment are becoming more and more rich,and the relevant technical standards of various processes have been significantly improved.The chemical process designers themselves must It is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the actual development of the enterprise,accurately assess the risk factors existing in the enterprise,continuously optimize and integrate the process flow with risk factors,deal with the existing safety problems,adjust and improve the state,and maintain the good development order of China’s chemical industry.
