Risk Prevention Measures of Chemical Process Design

在化工工艺的设计过程中存在着很多安全隐患,先对化学工艺做了简单的描述,然后从工艺设计的各个环节中分析可能存在的安全隐患。根据化学工艺的特点、相关资料的查阅、并且结合工作人员的工作经验,对工艺风险进行分类描述并且提出有效的预防措施。

There are many hidden dangers in the process of chemical process design.In this paper,the chemical process is described briefly,and then the potential hidden dangers are analyzed from each link of process design.According to the characteristics of chemical process,the reference of relevant data,and combined with the work experience of the staff,the process risks are classified and described and effective preventive measures are proposed.
