摘要
基于氧化石墨烯(GO)和酶辅助循环信号放大的作用,构建了一种检测Ag^+的方法。确定了最适反应条件,并评价了该方法的灵敏度和选择性。结果表明,该方法具有良好的定量能力和操作性能,灵敏度高、特异性强,可满足现实的需求。
Based on the effects of graphene oxide(GO)and enzyme-assisted circulating signal amplification,a method for detecting Ag^+ was constructed.The optimal reaction conditions were determined,and the sensitivity and selectivity of the method were evaluated.The results show that the method has good quantification ability and operation performance,high sensitivity and strong specificity,and can meet the actual needs.
