摘要
丙醇是一种重要的化工原料,直接合成或副产的丙醇通常含水,丙醇脱水是丙醇生产的重要技术环节。丙醇与水产生共沸,普通精馏技术无法得到高纯丙醇。模拟研究了萃取精馏工艺应用于丙醇脱水,针对不同操作参数对萃取精馏丙醇脱水的能耗影响,可为工业生产过程提供参考。
Propanol is an important chemical raw material,the direct synthesis or by-product propanol usually contains water,propanol dehydration is an important technical link in propanol production.Propanol is azeotropic with water,and high purity propanol cannot be obtained by ordinary distillation technology.This paper simulated and studied the application of extractive distillation process to dehydration of propanol,aiming at the influence of different operating parameters on energy consumption of dehydration of extractive distillation propanol,which can provide reference for industrial production process.
