摘要
采用微波消解/原子荧光法测定土壤中的砷含量,对测定过程中测量不确定度分量进行识别和评定,并计算了合成与扩展不确定度。结果表明,当土壤中砷含量为4.9mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.06mg/kg,k=2,且在本次测试中标准曲线拟合对测量结果影响最大。
The microwave digestion/atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the arsenic content in the soil.The measurement uncertainty component was identified and evaluated during the measurement,and the synthetic and extended uncertainty were calculated.The results show that when the arsenic content in the soil is 4.9mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.06mg/kg,k=2,and the standard curve fitting has the greatest influence on the measurement results in this test.
