摘要
泡沫镍是目前镍氢动力电池用的主要电极基体材料,但其价格偏高。采用毛刺镀镍钢带作为负极基体材料制备了方形40Ah镍氢动力电池,性能测试结果表明,电池具有较好充放电性能,每只电池成本约降低12元,但相比采用泡沫镍作为基体材料,电池充放电性能略有下降。
Nickel foam is the main electrode substrate material for Ni MH power battery,but its price is high.In this paper,a square 40Ah Ni MH power battery was fabricated by using burr nickel plated steel strip as anode matrix material.The performance test results showed that the battery had better charge discharge performance,and the cost of each battery was reduced by 12 yuan.However,compared with the foam nickel as the base material,the charge discharge capability of the battery decreased slightly.
