摘要
在当下的工业生产过程中,变压吸附提取氢气已经成为普遍使用的氢气提取操作环节。但由于技术不成熟、监管不到位等情况,变压吸附单元氢气的收率却呈现不稳定的状态。因此为提升单元氢气收率需要从变压吸附设备、工人操作技术、加强相关监督等措施来进行工作质量的提升。
In the current industrial production process,the extraction method of PSA Hydrogen has become a commonly used hydrogen extraction operation.However,due to the immature technology and inadequate supervision,the current hydrogen collection rate of PSA unit is in an unstable state.Therefore,in order to improve the hydrogen yield of the current unit,measures such as PSA equipment,workers’ operation technology,and strengthening relevant supervision are needed to improve the work quality.
